SOLUTION:-

 \frac{2}{3} (x +  \frac{3}{5} ) =  \frac{7}{2}

 \frac{2x}{3}  +  \frac{6}{15}  =  \frac{7}{2}

 \frac{10x + 6}{15}  =  \frac{7}{2}

now, by cross multiplication, we have

2(10x + 6) = 7 \times 15

20x   + 12 = 105

20x = 105 - 12

20x=93

x=93/20
