 \large{ \red{ \longrightarrow \:  \frac{2 - 9x}{16 + 5x} = 0 }}

By cross multiplying we get:—

 \large{ \red{ \longrightarrow \: 2 - 9x = 0}}

 \large{ \red{ \longrightarrow \: 2 = 9x}}

 \large{ \red{ \longrightarrow \: x =  { \underline{ \bold{\frac{2}{9} }}}}}
