Heya!!

 \frac{2x - 1}{5}  =  \frac{3x + 1}{3}

5(3x + 1) = 3(2x - 1)

15x + 5 = 6x - 3

15x - 6x =  - 5 - 3

9x =  - 8

x =  \frac{ - 8}{9}

SOLUTION

 =  >  \frac{2x - 1}{5}  =  \frac{3x + 1}{3}  \\  =  > 6x - 3 = 15x + 5 \\  =  > 6x - 15x = 5 + 3 \\  =  >  - 9x = 8 \\  =  > x =  -  \frac{8}{9}
