Answer:

(2x+3)/3 + (x-1)/2 = 4

[(4x+6) + (3x-3)] / 6 = 4

[4x+6+3x-3] / 6 = 4

(7x+3) / 6 = 4

7x+3 = 24

7x = 24-3

7x = 21

x = 21/7

x = 3
