 \frac{3}{5} x {}^{2}  -  \frac{2}{3} x + 1 = 0

Multiply equation by 15,we get =>
9 {x}^{2}  - 10x + 15 = 0
=> x=10+√100-540/18 and 10-√100-540/18 =>
x=10+√-440/18= 10+2√-110/18=5+√-110/9 and Similarly 5-√-110/9 .
