 \tt \blue{here \: is \: your \: answer : }

 \frac{3x - 2}{4}  -  \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{2x + 3}{3}  - x

 \frac{3(3x - 2) - 8}{12}  =  \frac{2x + 3 - 3x}{3}

 \frac{9x - 6 - 8}{12}  = \frac{ 3 - x}{3}

 \frac{9x - 14}{12}  =  \frac{3 - x}{3}

3(9x - 14) = 12(3 - x)

27x - 42 = 36 - 12x

27x + 12x = 36 + 42

39x = 78

x =  \frac{78}{39}

 \tt \red{x = 2}
