~● it's easy take LCM and simplify it only ,

 \frac{4}{9}  -  \frac{3}{7}  \\  = \frac{4(7) - 3(9)}{(9)(7)}  \\  =  \frac{28 - 27}{63} \\  =  \frac{1}{63}
