Here is the answer to your question!!

1)

 \frac{4}{x} = 2 \\ \\ 4 = 2 \times x \\ \\ x = \frac{4}{2} = 2





2)

 \frac{6}{y} = 3 \\ \\ 6 = 3 \times y \\ \\ y = \frac{6}{3} = 2
