Please solve this question which is mixed with rational numbers and exponents. ​

 { (\frac{7}{9} +  \frac{3}{5}  )}^{ - 1}  \\  (\frac{9}{7}  +  \frac{5}{3}) =  \frac{9 \times 3 + 5 \times 7}{21}  \\  =  \frac{27 + 35}{21 }  =  \frac{62}{21}
