 LHS =  \frac{8}{15}  \div  \frac{7}{8}  =  \frac{7}{8}  \div  \frac{8}{15}  = RHS

LHS =  \frac{8}{15}    \times  \frac{8}{7}  =  \frac{7}{8}   \times  \frac{15}{8}   = RHS

LHS  = \frac{64}{105}  =  \frac{105}{64}  = RHS

 \because LHS ≠ RSH

 \therefore \: This  \: statement  \: is \:  not \:  true
