 =  >  \frac{9}{4}  = y -  \frac{1}{3}  \\  =  >  \frac{9}{4}  =  \frac{3y - 1}{3}  \\  =  > 27 = 4(3y - 1) \\  =  > 27 = 12y - 4 \\  =  > 12y = 27 + 4 \\  =  >12 y = 31 \\  = y =  \frac{31}{12}
