Basic question of inequality

Solution:-

In this question we have to visualize the conditions which are possible and to take out common on each condition...

Case1)Both numerator and denominator should be greater than 0,to have the positive value

3x-6>0

x+3>0

x>-3 (i)

x>2 (ii)

Case2)Both numerals and denominator should be less than 0

x+3<0

x<-3 (iii)

3x-6<0

x<2 (v)

Case3) Denominator should not be zero

3x-6 not equal to 0

x not equal to 2

Taking common of these conditions on number line we get

X belongs to (-infinite,-3)U(2, infinite)
