x-3/5+7=2x+1/3

={x-3/5} - {2x+1/3} = -7

={3x-9-10x-5/15}= -7

{13x+14/15}= -7

13x + 14 = -7×15

13x + 14= -105

13x = -105-14

13x = -119

x = -119/13
