Multiplying both sides of the the given equation by 63 we get,

\implies \: 12(x + 4) + 15(x + 3) = 10(x + 11)

\implies \: 12x + 48 + 15x + 45 = 10x + 110

\implies \: 27x +93 = 10x + 110

\implies \: 27x - 10x  +  110 - 93

 x =  \frac{17}{17}  = 1

\implies  \cancel\frac{17}{17}
