Bro!

What's the need of solving it on paper if i am here!

I will use latex so that you can understand properly as you can't understand it if done in copy.

So

r =  \frac{3.5}{2}  = 1.75cm  \\  \\ h = 12cm

volume =  \frac{1}{3}\pi  {r}^{2}h \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{3} \times  \frac{22}{7} \times 1.75 \times 1.75 \times 12 \\

After simplifying 3 with 12 it looks like

1 \times  \frac{22}{7} \times 17.5 \times 17.5 \times 4

After multiplying the upper numerator it looks like

 \frac{26950}{7}  \\  \\  = 3850 {m}^{3}  \\  \\  = \frac{3850}{100}  \\  \\  = 38.5 \: kl

Hope it helps you from my side
