The Non-Cooperation Movement was a significant but short phase of the Indian independence movement from British rule. It was led by Mahatma Gandhi after the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre and lasted from 1920 to February 1922. It aimed to resist British rule in India through non-violent means, or "Ahinsa".

Non cooperation movement was started by Mahatma Gandhi in 1920 due to the following reasons :-
1-Injustice done to the people of Punjab during the Jallianwala bagh incident.
2-To ask for swaraj.
3-To unjust treatment given to the muslims by the british.. Plzzzzzzzz mark as brainlist. And I will start following you. Really.
