HEY MATE,

The《 CONCEPT OF EXPONENTS》 is used in the given question

》6(ii) {8}^{255} = {32}^{x} \\ converting \: both \: sides \: to \: same \: constant \: having \: different \: powers \\ \\ {2}^{255 + 3} = {2}^{5x} \\ {2}^{258} = {2}^{5x} \\ since \: the \: base \: on \: both \: sides \: are \: equal, \: their \: powers\: will \: be\: equal \: too\\ 258 = 5x \\ x = \frac{258}{5} = 51.6

》7. \: {4}^{x} - {4}^{x - 1} = 24 \\ {4}^{x} (1 - {4}^{ - 1}) = 24 \\ {4}^{x} ( \frac{3}{4} ) = 24 \\ {4}^{x} = \frac{24 \times 4}{3} = 32 \\ {2}^{2x} = {2}^{5} \\ since \: bases \: are \: equal \: their \: powers \: will \: be \: equal \: too \\ 2x = 5 \\ x = \frac{5}{2}
