Since the deviation of the value in negligible, therefore, the answer is equivalent to 0. because the range of sin x varies from -1 to 1 but the range of x varies from -ve infinity to +ve infinity . ... So when it is divided by inifinity , the answer is zero. So sinx/x is zero when x tends to infinity.
