The following safety measures to be followed:-

1) Every member should stand near the pillars of the house.
2) If some are left, they can save themselves by taking shelter under a table or any hard surface.
3) It’s best if all of the members could move out of the house in a open ground nearby.
4) Always keep your important documents along with you while rescuing yourself.
5) Don’t ever panic in situation of earthquakes.
