Given:-

  • Initial velocity ,u = 0m/s

  • Final velocity ,v = 60m/s

  • Time taken ,t = 11 s

To Find:-

  • Distance Covered by the Enzo ,s

Solution:-

Firstly we calculate the acceleration of the Ferrari Enzo . Using 1st Equation of Motion

• v = u +at

Where ,

v is the final velocity

u is the initial velocity

a is the acceleration

t is the time taken

Substitute the value we get

➨ 60 = 0 + a×11

➨ a = 60/11

➨ a = 5.45m/s²

Acceleration of the Enzo is 5.45 m/s².

Now, using 3rd Equation of motion

• v² = u² +2as

Substitute the value we get

➨ 60² = 0² + 2×5.45 ×s

➨ 3600 = 0 + 10.9 ×s

➨ 3600 = 10.9 ×s

➨ s = 3600/10.9

➨ s = 330 .27 m

Therefore, the distance covered by the Ferrari Enzo is 330 . 27 Metres.

GIVEN :

  • Initial velocity (u) = 0 m/s

  • Final velocity (v) = 60 m/s

  • Time taken (t) = 11 sec

TO FIND :

  • Distance travelled by the Enzo (s) = ?

SOLUTION :–

First let us find the acceleration of the Enzo using first equation of motion :

  • v = u + at

60 = 0 + (a × 11)

60 = 0 + 11a

60 - 0 = 11a

60 = 11a

11a = 60

a = 60/11

a = 5.45 m/s²

____________________________

Now we can find the distance covered by the Enzo using the third equation of motion :

  • v² = u² + 2as

60² = 0² + (2 × 5.45 × s)

3600 = 0 + 10.9s

10.9s = 3600

s = 3600/10.9

s = 330.27 m

ANSWERS :

  • The Enzo will travel 330.27 m in 11 seconds
