Can compounds like C2H5Br , C3H7Cl etc be called as Hydrocarbon?

Hydrocarbon Should only contain Hydrogen and Carbon or it can contain elements like Bromine,Chlorine,Oxygen etc.

Yes,they can be called as Hydrocarbon

Hydrocarbon is only composed of Hydrogen and Carbon.

Yes, those compounds can be considered as hydrocarbons.

The basic structure of hydrocarbons must contain C & H.

Br & Cl are just substituted here.
