Respected Principal Sir/ ma'am ,

I am Sanjivni, secretary of the cultural club of Daffodils school. As the new academic terms are approaching, we always want the freshers as well as the seniors to refresh their minds with some sort of activities.

So, this year, as usual we have thought of arranging an interesting Painting competition which would be available for everyone, whether they know to draw or not. The special thing will be this competition will not be inter house ; rather it will be between the schools , so that each one pays equally to show their painting talent. Materials will be simple : A canvas / blotting paper, a painting brush, H7 pencils and activated charcoal, for deep sketch if required. The eligibility criteria is rather simple and open-to-all. Prizes will be cash prize of INR 40,000 to the winner school, and runner up schools will get INR 20,000. Participating schools will get INR 10,000. Participation fee will be INR 40.

We, and our college hopefully awaited for a positive response from your side. We would give our best to make this competition memorable as possible.

Respected sir,

I am the secretary of cultural club of my college. I have thought to do some activity because all are fed up of studies after exam. We thought to conduct a painting competition in our college. The students of most of the college of this area are invited for this competition.

We would fresh the mind of the students after these exams. We are having an inter-school competition. We will be organising three rounds where we will see all paintings. In the second round we will see the best paintings. In the third round we will see only top-2 paintings. Those paintings will be pasted on the front and back page of college's diary.

Material required:- A canvas, Paint(of your choice), pencils(as your choice) and some paint brushes. All students can participate. There is no eligibility. Participation fee is only 50 rupees. Prizes will be 50,000 for the first and 25,000 for the runner up with photo on the front page and back page of school diary.

So, I therefore request you for maximum participation in this competition. I will be very glad for this.
