\large \rm Ratio \: 6:4 =  \frac{6}{4}  =  \frac{6 \times 2}{4 \times 2}  =  \frac{12}{8}

 \large \sf { ∴12:8\:is\:an\:equivalent\:ratio\:of\:6:8}

Similarly,

\large \rm the \: Ratio \: 6:4 =  \frac{6}{4}  =  \frac{6 \div 2}{4 \div 2}  =  \frac{3}{2}

So, 3:2 is another equivalent ratio of 6:4

Number of females = 25

Total number of workers = 45

Number of males = 45 – 25 = 20

         = 25:20 = 5:4

 \large \sf { And\:the\:ratio\:of\:number\:of\:males\:to\:the\:number\:of\:females}

        = 20:25 = 4:5
