Subject: Enquiry regarding services provided by your Hotel.

With due respect, I, the undersigned, would like to enquire about the facilities provided by your Inn. I was wondering if I could get a reservation from the 1st till the 18th of September this year as I plan to move to Laxmi Nagar for official purposes and would like to reside in your Hotel in the meantime.
