Non-Cooperation Movement was the movement in which Indian peoples refuses to cooperate with British but in civil disobedience peoples refuses to obey certain rules that are made by British.

Non-Cooperation includes resignation and refusal of paying taxes but civil disobedience movement includes boycotting, protests etc.

Non-Cooperation Movement was started due to Rowlatt Act and Jalianwala Bagh massacre. But civil disobedience movement was started due to unjust laws of the British government, the failure of the Simon Commission etc.
