Instantaneous Velocity

Instantaneous Velocity is the velocity of a particle at any particular/specific instant of time.

Instantaneous Velocity is defined as velocity of a object at particular instant of time.

It's direction is always tangential to the path travelled by the particle.

The given formula is used to find out the instantaneous Velocity.

Instantaneous Velocity

= lim ∆t tends to 0 ∆x/∆t

= dx/dt

The instantaneous velocity of an object is the velocity at a certain instant of time. Velocity is the change in position divided by the change in time, and the instantaneous velocity is the limit of velocity as the change in time approaches zero.
