According to me it's not a big issue to just meet a friend who is HIV positive because the disease does not spread through air, water or any other way so easily. So until you are not in physical or sexual contact you can meet a HIV patient

ITS NOT A PROBLEM TO YOU IF U MEET A FRIEND WHO IS HIV POSITIVE BECAUSE HIV DOES NOT SPREAD THROUGH CONTACT

it's only transimitted through:

• sexual intercourse
• contaminated blood transfusions
• mother to child transmission
• infected injection needles
