\huge{\boxed{\mathfrak\red{\fcolorbox{blue}{lawngreen}{Answer:-}}}}

↪ From position-velocity equation, we have,

★ v² - u² = 2as

=> s = v² - u²/2a .......→(i)

↪From Newton's 2nd Law of Motion, we have,

★ F= m × a .......→(ii)

↪Also, we know that,

★ W = F × s .......→(iii)

↪ Now, on substituting (i) and (ii) in (iii), we get,

W = m × a × [v² - u²/2a]

[Suppose that u = 0, i.e., when the object is initially at rest..then,]

=> W= mv²/2

or W = 1/2 mv²

Therefore, kinetic energy = 1/2 mv².
