First I want to convert parametric form in normal form.

x=1+s,y=−3−λs,z=1+λs

s=(x−1)

and,

s=−y+3λ

and,

s=z−1λ

Hence,

x−11=y+3−λ=z−1λ

is first equation of line

Similarly;

x−012=y−11=z−2−1

is another equation of line

Now these two lines are co planar.

x1=1,y1=−3,z1=1,a1=1,b1=−λ,c1=λ

x2=0,y2=1,z2=2,a2=0.5,b2=1,c2=−1
