Correct option is = 8 Toffees

S.P. of one orange = rs. 121

, Loss =20/%

∴ C. P .=

(100−20)121 ×100

= 12 × 80

100 = 485

If Gain =20%, then

S.P. = 485

+20% of 485

485+ 100

20 × 485 = 486 =rs. 81

per orange

i.e., the man should sell 8 oranges for a rupee.

= To get 20% gain the selling price should be 150p for 12 toffees. Thus for 100p or Re 1 he should sell 8 toffees. 20% loss on selling 12 toffees. . .
