Answer

\huge\color{cyan}\: Answer

1 (a) Length of playground=38.5cm Width of playground= 61.5cm

Area of playground = Length× Breadth

= 38.5×61.5cm

=2,36.775×40= 94,710

(b) To find the round of 2km we have to convert km×m

= 1km= 10000m

So,

= 1000×2 = 2000 per of rectangle field

= 2000m/2×(length×breadth)

= 2000m/2×(38.5m+61.5m)

= 2000m/2×(100)m

= 2000/200m = 10 rounds.

Hence, 20 round should be taken to run 2km

2. Area of rectangle = length×breadth

Area of square = (side) × (side)

So,

=> length × breadth = (side) × (side)

=> 32×breath = (16)×(16)

=> 32×breadth = 256

=> breadth = 256÷ 32

=> breadth = 8m

breadth of the rectangle is 8m

Now,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2×(length+breadth)

= 2×(32+8)

=2×40

= 80m

Perimeter of rectangle is 80m.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let us divide question in 2 parts

1. Cost of leveling:-

Length of field,l=38.50m or 38.5m

Breadth of field,b=61.50m or 61.5m

Area of rectangular field

=l×b

=38.5m×61.5m

=2367.75m square

Cost of leveling 1 m square= RS.40

Cost of leveling 2367.75 square

=Rs40×2367.75

=94,710/-

2.for running 2km rounds required

=2Km or 2000m/perimeter of rectangular field

=2000m/2(l+b)

=2000m/2(38.5m+61.5m)

=2000m/2(100m)

=2000m/200m

=10

Therefore,20 rounds should be taken to run 2km
