Answer:

I don't know what to do about it

Explanation:

Material goal. To always have somewhere to live. We live in a fragile world. People face many difficulties, some of which are unexpected and without blame.

In London, I see people sleeping rough on the streets. They may be on the streets because of mental health problems, financial difficulties, addiction or a broken home. They have nowhere to live. And I have a home and always remember that.

My goal is to keep my home, even if it is rented. It provides me with security and helps me reach my goal in life. Without somewhere to live, every other goal is secondary.

Non-material goal. I want to be content. Here on Quora, I make no secret of the effort required for me to live with my ADHD and autism spectrum. You can see my “No half measures” Quora writings on this.

Unnamed puzzling problems now have medical names and reasons. Now I know how I can manage or eliminate anxiety; find systematic solutions to little daily difficulties and live with the benefits of daily medication. Antipsychotic and methylphenidate prescribed drugs do help.

All this inner soul searching, medical conditions and pills should all lead to one life goal. Inner contentment, that’s all I ask for.
