Given:-

  • Height = 1cm
  • Diameter = 0.6cm

Therefore the radius will be half the diameter i. e. 0.3cm.

Height of the cylindrical part of the pill,

 =  \sf \: 1cm - 2(0.3cm)

(Since radius of the semi circle is the height of the semi circle as well)

 =  \sf \: 1cm - 0.6cm

 =  \sf0.4cm

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 \sf Volume \ of \ the \ 2 \ semi - circles,

 =  \sf \frac{4}{3} \pi {r}^{3}

 =  \sf \frac{4}{3} \pi( {0.3cm})^{3}

 =  \sf 4 \pi \times 0.009{cm}^{3}

=  \sf \pi \times 0.036{cm}^{3}

=  \sf 3.14\times 0.036{cm}^{3}
