Given:-

• Height = 1cm
• Diameter = 0.6cm

Therefore the radius will be half the diameter i. e. 0.3cm.

Height of the cylindrical part of the pill,

$= \sf \: 1cm - 2(0.3cm)$

(Since radius of the semi circle is the height of the semi circle as well)

$= \sf \: 1cm - 0.6cm$

$= \sf0.4cm$
