 {8}^{3x + 2} \div 8 =  {8}^{10}

So we will apply exponent rules that is

3x + 1 = 10 \\

So subtract 1 from both sides

3x + 1 - 1 = 10 - 1 \\  \\ 3x = 9 \\  \\  \therefore \: x =  \frac{ { \cancel9} \:  \: ^{3} }{ \cancel3}  \\  \\  \boxed{ \sf \blue{ x = 3}}
