I)

 { (- 4)}^{5}  \times  { - 4}^{8}  \\

As base is same then power will add

 {( - 4)}^{5 + 8}  =  { - 4}^{13}

II)

 { - 3}^{4}  \times (\frac{5}{3})^{4}  \\  {3}^{4}  \times  \frac{ {5}^{4} }{ {3}^{4} }  \\  =  {5}^{4}

III) (3^-7 ÷3^ -10) × 3^-5

( { 3}^{ - 7}  \div  {3}^{ - 10} ) \times  {3}^{ - 5}  \\   ({3}^{7}  \times  {3}^{10})  \times  {3}^{ - 5}  \\

As base is same so powers will add

 {3}^{17}  \times  {3}^{ - 5}  \\  {3}^{17 - 5}  \\  {3}^{12}

MARK AS BRAINLIEST.
