YOU ARE TRAPPED IN A ROOM WITH TWO DOORS AND NO WINDOWS, ONE LEADS TO FREEDOM AND THE OTHER TO THE HOLE OF HELL. THERE ARE TWO GUARDS. ONE GUARD ALWAYS TELLS THE TRUTH AND THE OTHER SPEAKS ONLY LIES. YOU DOESN'T KNOW WHICH THE HONEST ONE IS OR WHICH THE LIAR IS. NOW, YOU HAS A 50-50 SHOT. TO FIGURE OUT, YOU'LL HAVE TO ASK ONE QUESTION TO ONE OF THE GUARDS. WHAT WILL BE THE QUESTION AND WHICH GUARD SHOULD YOU ASK?

Answer:

The question that we must ask both one of the guards is,"which door leads to freedom?" and the question we must ask the other is,"which door leads to the hole of hell?"

Explanation:

As we don't know which guard speaks the truth, we must ask both of them. Let us suppose that we asked for the door to freedom to the one who speaks the truth, he will show us the way. and then, if we ask the other guard for the door that leads to the hole of hell, he will show us the door to freedom as he only lies. in the end, both the guards will point towards the door to freedom and you can easily walk through it and escape the room!

hope this answer helped. : )

Answer:

{\bold{\red{\huge{Riddle\:Solved}}}}

Explanation:

If we ask this of the truth-guard he will point to the death door, however

if we ask the same question of the liar-guard he will point to the

freedom door. Otherwise he would be telling the truth about which door

his counter part would point to. In essence depending on which

guard we asked that question, they would still point to different doors.

| Guard | He Points To | Says Partner Points To |

| Truth   |    Freedom    |         Death                     |

|   Liar    |     Death        |         Death                     |

You are thinking of what the liar guard would say if he was asked

what his partner would say he would say. It's a level deeper than

what the question is actually asking. In reality, he would say

the partner points to death, because he is lying about what

he partner points to, which is freedom.
