Here water evaporates from the oceans due to the heat of the sun and condenses to form clouds. After this the water vapour condenses due to low temperature and become clouds. The comes down to the Earth's surface through rain, hail, ice fall, etc. and is called precipitation. The water may seep into the ground and be called as ground water whereas some of the rainwater finds its way back into the ocean through rivers.
