Himalyas are the one of the greatest mountain range in the world .

It is standing 8,848 m tall.

One of the highest mountain range , Mt.Everest found here. It lies near border of nepal & china it starts from east & ends to eastern side ,covering jammu to assam.

Its originated by collision of indian & eurasian plates.

It is devided in three parts :-

• Himadri or Great Himalaya

• Himanchal or Middile Himalaya

• Shiwaliks or Lower Himalaya

Climate here is cold , rainy humid & snow fall. Clothes prefred here are woolen clothes.

Here , main fruit are apple & pear.

Here, floras are mostly coniferous & fauna are fat skinned .

It is one of the cleanest mountain giving birth to many big rivers like ganga , yamuna , etc.
