Step-by-step explanation:

The ratio of the areas of two triangle with common base =4:3

Height of the larger triangle (h1)=20 cm

Height of the smaller triangle (h2)=?

Area of smaller triangleArea of larger triangle=h2h1 ....[∵ triangles have common base]

⇒34=h220

⇒h2=43×20=15 cm

∴ height of smaller triangle is 15 cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

The ratio of the areas of two triangle with common base = 4:3

Height of the larger triangle =20 cm

Height of the smaller triangle=?

Area of larger triangle/Area of smaller triangle

4/3=20/Area of smaller triangle

Area of smaller triangle= (3×20)/4

=15

therefore Area of smaller triangle 15 cm

hope this will help you:)
