Bholi remained as a backward child of their parents from her childhood onwards. She had pock marks on her face, she stammered and even she was not beautiful. That is why her parents wanted to her get quickly married.

Her parents agreed to the grooms demand, as Bholi couldn't get any groom earlier for marriage. And they got worried that if she didn't get married this time, she won't get a groom later. They wanted Bholi to get settled in her life. That is why they agreed to the demands of the groom.
