→ Ravish owns a plot of rectangular shape. He had fenced it with a wire of length 750 m. The length of the plot exceeds the breadth by 5 m. Find the Length and Breadth of the plot.

⇒Given:

⇒Rectangular plot
⇒Fencing = Perimeter = 750 m
⇒Length = Breadth + 5 m

⇒To Find:

⇒ Length and Breadth

⇒Solution:-

⇒Let Breadth be x

$\therefore Length = x+5$

Using Perimeter formula :-

⇒ $2\times \big(x+(x+5)\big)=750$

⇒ $2(2x+5)=750$

⇒ $4x+10=750$

⇒ $4x=740$

⇒ $\large{x=\frac{740}{4}}$
