All organisms have to undergo a period of growth and maturation before they can start sexualy reproducing and on completing this phase ( Juvenile phase ) they reach puberty. Puberty is a stage where the organism undergoes several in itself to get compatible for sexual reproduction. Changes include increase in muscular strength, deepening of voice, production of gametes etc .... The organism attains maturity to sexualy reproduce only after puberty.
