1) A true solution is homogeneous in nature whereas a colloidal solution is heterogeneous.
2) The particle size of solvent of true solution is less than 1 nm whereas in a colloidal solution it ranges between 1 nm to 1000 nm.
3) The particles of the true solution are not visible even under ultra microscope wheresas in case of colloidal solution, they are visible.
4) A true solution does not show tyndall effect whereas a colloidal solution shows.
