Leucocytes are WBC's i.e white blood cells .

They are the most motile and active cells of blood as well as Lymph.

They are generally short lived and are colourless due to the absence of haemoglobin.

They move in an amoeboid fashion . They generally have bilobed nucleus . These cells squeeze through the capillary walls and move to the site of action...

this process is known as diapedesis .

They are divided into 2 types......

1) Granulocytes

Are further sub - divided into Neutrophils , Eosinophils and Basophils.

2) Agranulocytes

Are further divided into Lymphocyte

( B - Lymphocytes , T - Lymphocytes)

And monocytes.
