Hello Friend...❤

The short answer is that velocity is the speed with a direction, while speed does not have a direction. Speed is a scalar quantity—it is the magnitude of the velocity. Speed is measured in units of distance divided by time (e.g., miles per hour, feet per second, meters per second, etc.). While on other hand Time is Basic physical quantinty, DescriptionTime is a component quantity of various measurements used to sequence events, to compare the duration of events or the intervals between them, and to quantify rates of change of quantities in material reality or in the conscious experience. ... Time in physics is unambiguously operationally defined as "what a clock reads".
