What is stress ?

Stress is a feeling of tension one feels when he or she is feeling a lot of weight of his or responsibilities or work in his or her life.

Harmful effects of stress -

  • A lot of stress can gradually result in depression . And at the stage of depression a person is this much tensed that he or she can even commite a sucide.
  • Taking stress or tensions for a long time can cause a very little or no sleep.
  • It reduces the performance of mind and also of that person because of the pressure of stress and tension.

Steps to cure stress-

  • We should exercise daily as it keeps our body fresh and away from negative vibes.
  • We should take out some time for ouselves too to go or visit any new place as it helps in releasing stress and tensions from our body.
  • We should always be in the company of good,happy,energetic, playful and positive people.
