FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS :- Certain rights are fundamental to our life and hence they have given the special status in the constitution such rights are called fundamental rights.

SIX FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS ARE :-

RIGHT TO EQUALITY -- Every Indian citizen; right from poor landless labour to prime minister is equal in the eyes of law of land.law of land does not descriminate between two persons on the basis of social or economic status or power.

RIGHT TO FREEDOM -- This include the right to freedom to speech and expression ,the right to form association,right to move freely in any part of the country and right to practice any profession, occupation or business.

RIGHT AGAINST EXPLOITATION -- The constitution prohibites trafficking,forced labour,and children working under 14 years of age.

RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF RELIGIOUS --

Religious freedom is provided to all citizens.Every person has the right to practice,profess and propagate the religious of their choice.

CULTUR AND EDUCATION RIGHTS -- The constitution states that all minorities, religious or linguistic,can set up their own educational institution in order to preserve and develop their own culture.

RIGHT TO CONSTITUTIONAL

REMEDIES --This allow citizens to

move the court of they believe that

any of their fundamental rights have

been violated by the state.

The constitution of India guarantees the citizen of the country some basic rights that cannot be taken away from them. This rights are called Fundamental rights.

Some fundamental rights mentioned in the constitution of India as follows:-

Right to freedom :-

The people of India with the reach for belonging to any religion would be treated as a small and be provided equal protection by the laws.

Right to freedom:-

The constitution of India provides its citizens the freedom

a) of speech and expression.

b) to assembly peaceably and without arms.

c) to form Association or unions.

d) to move freely throughout the territory of India

e) to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India.

Rights against exploitation:-

The constitution provides any kind of exploitation of Indian citizens. For example it provides force level of any kind and the employment of children below 14 years of age in any hazardous occupation.

Rights to freedom of religion :-

People are free to choose and follow any religion.

cultural and educational rights:-

people of this country can walk to preserve their culture and language.

Rights to constitutional remedies:-

The constitution gives the people of India are the rights to move to court in case the Fundamental rights are taken away or threatened.
