Susan got 72 marks in English out of 120 and 70 marks in hindi out of 150. The maximum marks in the mathematics paper were 180. If she got 60% marks in all the three papers combined, how many marks did she get in mathematics?

Let the marks obtained in maths be x
total marks obtained by susan=142+x
then
A/Q
60%of 450 =(142+x)
270=142+x
x=270-142
x=128
hence marks obtained in maths=128
