✔ If you work continuously for certain hours, stress will developed.

(1) Yoga which brings the entire state of body and mind in "REST-IN-PEACE'' reduces stress.
(2) Everyday we can take a power nap by taking break/free time. Power nap is the action of taking rest by closing our eyes after a huge work, and taking a break for at least 45 to 1 hour.
(3) Good sleep in night helps in reducing stress.
(4) Meditation can be done everyday in early morning. It increases our concentration amd helps in reducing stress too.
(5) Everday physical exercises keeps us mentally and physically fit and no stress can have adverse effect on us.

Stress is a type of feeling that gives you mental or emotional tension. It makes you angry, frustrated or nervous. It is an obstacle in our path of life. It makes us mentally ill.
Accept the stress.
Someone said, " If you can't handle, you won't be able to handle success."
➡️ Avoid too much drinking drinks like soft drinks, alcohol or coffee. Because they contain caffeine and nicotine.
➡️ Physical Games are one of the best ways. They reduce our stress as well as we love to play games, that's obvious.
➡️ Take a good sleep, when you feel stressed.
➡️ Talk to and share your feelings to someone, like your "elder sister". It will make you feel bit relaxed.
➡️ Above all, learn to say "no". I have seen many people who are hurrying and saying that they have to lots of things in limited time. But, try to accept that you can't do them within that much time and so, manage your time properly.
➡️ Do meditation in the early morning. It will make you feel really good. Just imagine the scene, " On the roof, the sun is about to rise, gentle breeze is blowing, everywhere there is silence, the nature is at its best."
