:- Women occupied a highly responsible position in the Rajput society. The Rajputs loved and respected their woman and even sacrifices their lives to protect them. Women were given the right to choose the husband of their own choice. They were also given high education. There was no purdah system in Rajput society. Most of the education women spent their time in reading stories for the great two epics. There was no restrictions on the women, they enjoy full freedom in society during Rajput.
